Byer has owned and operated Docu-Type
Administrative & Web Design Services since 1998. She
has over 20 years of administrative experience with 5 of
those years in the Virtual Assistant industry. She has been
a reviewer for the VACertification.com process for 2 years.
She is a certified Master Virtual Assistant (MVA), Certified
Canadian Virtual Assistant (CCVA), and winner of several
prestigious awards presented to her for her accomplishments
in the small business community.

Executive Assistance Co-Founder of CVAC Elayne Whitfield
is the owner of Executive Assistance, Virtual Assistance
and Website Design/Hosting which was founded in September
2000. She is a certified MVA, CCVA and is a contributing
member of the elite PREVA network. Elayne graduated from
the University of Western Ontario with a BA in Administrative
and Commercial Studies in 1987 and has worked in both administration
and management over the following 12 years largely in the
high tech (software) industry. Elayne has coached and advised
many new VAs, is a Mentor with the Ontario Odyssey program and
provides public speaking and seminars on the topic of VAs,
starting a VA business, using a VA to the fullest extent
and starting a home-based business.
